I have unfinished script that automates loading addresses from provider database, but for now want to extend this just enough to be usable with nine.testrun.org accounts so users on Android with broken DNS resolution can develop bots.
Android binaries for deltachat-rpc-server are going to be built with #5335 but we still cannot distribute them via PyPI.
