fix: pass builder url to renderer

What does this PR change?

Allows the kernel to pass the builder url to renderer so it is used while previewing wearables and emotes in the backpack.

How to test the changes?

1. Try to preview wearables and emote collections from the builder either passing a custom builder url or the default one.

Tested the regular collection testing flow with the build from this PR and it worked OK.
