feat: Update Dropdown component

This PR updates the Dropdown component, adding the following states:

• Hover State
• Focus State
• Disabled State
• Error State

And adding the next properties:

• Left Icon
• Description text
• Header text

Closes decentraland/sdk#975

A few tiny issues I found:

Might be good to add a user-select: none; rule to avoid the options getting selected when accidentally dragging the mouse while is down:

The last option has rounded corners, but when highlighted or selected it does not:

"Loop" has rounded corners:
