Add more of the mapfiles-nginx Nextcloud pull request 8095. This was backported down to Nextcloud stable21.
More Nextcloud v24 NGINX changes: "fastcgi_max_temp_file_size 0;" makes it possible to download file bigger than 1GB. Nextcloud 26 requires PHP 8 so this PR depends on #2416 to be merged before.
Even though this PR does not set the version to 26 on its own so could be applied as is, it advertises support for 26 which itself requires PHP 8.
