Ansible 2.0 support for SecurityGroupID and CloudFormation Lookups

Thanks to submissions from @jrquint and @gaieges the SecurityGroupID and CloudFormation lookup plugins will now run under Ansible 2.0.

If you are still using Ansible 1.0 then you should instead use the plugins from release 1.0.0

Now that Ansible 2 has arrived and has some API differences I'm tagging and releasing the current code base as 1.0.0 and I'll be making Ansible 2 specific, non-backwards compatible guaranteed, changes to newer versions (2.*) in case anyone is still on Ansible 1.0.
