This change is intended to make it more clear what the difference is between MinimumTimeGrainPattern and MetricTimeDefaultTimeGranularityPattern, since 'base' might easily be confused with 'default'.

SpecPatterncalledMetricTimeDefaultGranularityPattern. This will be used to apply thedefault_granularityfrom a queried metric tometric_timeif no granularity is specified.Also includes some related cleanup:
