event_time is updated from session_start to page_view_start

hey @alexisweill thanks for opening this pr up! i think session_start is correct bc it tells us when the whole visit to the website began. page_view_start i think focuses on individual page clicks, which isn't helpful when you're trying to understand the entire session.

however, let me confirm internally with the team and I'll get back to you here!
