Short description

We will maintain existing formuale for supported versions on a best-effort basis, until they reach end of life.

Homebrew reaches EOL on April 27.

Homebrew is no longer supported. This could include but not limited to:

• archive homebrew-dbt repo - pending merge of Officially disable homebrew homebrew-dbt#387
• remove all GHAs related to homebrew release - remove homebrew testing actions#190
• in internal docs, explain why homebrew is no longer supported
• update dbt-core docs to not reference homebrew - update readme install methods #10081
• Check whether it is possible to mark it deprecated in homebrew and do that if possible. - Officially disable homebrew homebrew-dbt#387

I gave heads up internally on 2/28 in announcements. No other teams impacted that I'm aware of at this time. Docs team has a ticket to update. Product will handle community coms.
