The xdl fork (https://github.com/davidthornton/xdl) has now been published as @exp/xdl v45.0.0 which is available at https://github.com/expo/xdl and npm.
However, exp hasn't officially been released to depend on it. This is a release of v44.0.0 which depends on v45.0.0 of xdl.
