Purpose of the pull request
在首次安装时，组件配置界面若不点击保存，首次启动时由于参数apiUrl并没有在alertmanager.yml写入，会提示报错，必须在安装完成的界面点击保存配置再重启一次才能完成组件的启动，此改动简化安装流程。

altertmanager的service_ddl.json文件中，参数apiUrl添加"value": "${apiHost}:${apiPort}"
