Fixed a bug related to the loading of settings.

The 1.1.0 release

This release is a minor refactoring of the code that brings along with it, the "Generate Freeform" & "Freeform" options.

This might be the last release for a while, because as of 5/31/2015 ApiGen is currently without a maintainer.
