Maintainence Release - Better RPM Support

Better support/sync with the versions of things used in RPM builds (such as host triplet, which shared libraries and installation directories).

Note: Due to a mistake during the 0.1.9 main tarball building, the second "unistringpatch" tarball is needed and extracted the same way as the main tarball.

Historical release archives

0.1.7 was the last release of didbs "officially" supporting both MIPSPro and GCC compilers.

These are provided for historical reasons without support.

Make a directory "/usr/didbs" - chown it to your user - and extract one of the below archives under there.
