User Story

As a Damus user who receives a lot of notifications, I would like a way to mute all notifications that do not surpass a custom set zap bar, so that I can increase my signal/noise ratio.

Acceptance Criteria

1. User has a setting they can enable "do not notify me of reactions other than zaps above XXX sats"
2. User can set XXX to any value they wish (100 sats; 1,000 sats; 10,000 sats etc)
3. If user has this setting enabled, any reactions different than zaps, AND below the value set in 2. do not trigger notifications for the user.
4. Conversely, zaps above the bar set in 2. trigger a notification 🔔.
