Unhide some elements from the Japanese version of the website. #1682

During the new website development (#1570), some page elements were hidden from the Japanese version because their Japanese translations were not human-reviewed.

We actually received human-reviewed translations for a lot of those elements (See danieldaquino/damus-website#3), but we did not have the time to unhide the corresponding elements as we were short on time to publish the website in time for Nostrasia.

I am opening this ticket so that I won't forget to unhide those elements.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Unhide elements from the Japanese website, but only the ones that have human-reviewed translations (check the PR linked here to cross-reference)
