Fixes:

Adding resolved and subgrid buoyancy flux assignment to profile (wthvres and wthvsub)
Accumulate average liquid water specific humidity variance (ql2av)
Compare moments of all variables against a mean profile (which can be zero), eliminating a loop which never iterated over vertical layers and erroneously set w2r, w2s and skew to zero.


          Fixed wthvt, ql2r and w2r statistics; added wmav/wmn in anticipation …
