Description
Add back stripped tags like Geometry lengths, dimensions and precision that are used by Golang Geobuf Library.
Testing:
Tested encoding vancouver and new jersey polygons using the JS script added here and using the geobuf encoder golang tool to decode and confirmed to be able to decode.
