Defines a _sure function (and _ansi function) in /etc/profile.d/cli.sh that wrapper scripts can source in non-interactive mode using #!/bin/bash -l. Instead of creating executables on disk.
Tweaks wrappers to discourage users from situations that might get user into difficult situations that are harder to undo later (e.g., misnaming file) and don't result in error messages alone (that can be explained by help50).
