# Sobaos: delicious dessert from Cantabria in Northern Spain

## Ingredients
- 1 kg flour
- 1 kg sugar
- 1 kg butter
- 1 dozen eggs
- patience

## Instructions
- mix all ingredients together (softening the butter by warming it helps)
- pour the mix on some paper moulds
- put in the oven at ~200ºC until brown on top and sticking pin on them comes out clean
- enjoy!
