* 1/2 cup finely chopped onion | ||

* 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander | ||
* 1/4 teaspoon salt | ||
* 1/4 teaspoon black pepper | ||

* 1 cup pita bread, cut into quarters | ||
* 1/2 cup chopped lettuce | ||
* 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes | ||
* 1/4 cup chopped cucumber | ||

### Instructions | ||

1. **Combine the meat and spices:** In a large bowl, combine the ground meat, onion, parsley, garlic, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper. Mix well until evenly combined. | ||
2. **Form the kebabs:** Divide the meat mixture into 16 equal portions and shape each portion into a kebab. | ||
3. **Skewer the kebabs:** Thread each kebab onto a skewer. | ||
4. **Grill or broil:** Grill or broil the kebabs over medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes, or until cooked through. | ||
5. **Assemble the kebabs:** Place a pita bread quarter on a plate. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, and tzatziki sauce. Add a grilled kebab and serve immediately. | ||
