+# Sobaos: delicious dessert from Cantabria in Northern Spain
+
+## Ingredients
+- 1 kg flour
+- 1 kg sugar
+- 1 kg butter
+- 1 dozen eggs
+- patience
+
+## Instructions
+- mix all ingredients together (softening the butter by warming it helps)
+- pour the mix on some paper moulds 
+- put in the oven at ~200ºC until brown on top and sticking pin on them comes out clean
+- enjoy!
