# Chickpeas salad

## Ingredients

* 2 can of chickpeas
1 green bell peper
250g of cherry tomatoes
1 bunch cilantro
1 shallot
Coconut vinegar
Olive oil
Pinch of salt

## Instructions

Drain and rinse chickpeas
Cut into cubes the bell peper
Slice the cherry tomatoes in half
Slice the shallot
Chop the cilantro
Mix all ingredients, toss and enjoy
