I also cherry picked the update to action.yml

@shenxianpeng It would be easier to cherry pick non-bot commits from a dependabot branch if the branch is not squashed (avoid force-pushing merge commits).

I expect to supersede this PR and keep #240 open, because on #240 we have comments and non-bot commits there.

But Dependabot does not support bumping version on #240, I should bump it manually but I forgot to do it later :)
