Forgot to release v5.8.0! Sorry about that. This update is v5.8.0 plus a single critical bugfix in the error handler when a invalid argument was passed.

v5.7.1 - Pandemic News Hotfix

This release fixes a bug where the bot status would not update and error with a AttributeError. If that exception happens, total member count will be set to unknown. This also removes a single unused import in the news cog.

With this update comes pandemic news! This is cached if a 429 Too Many Requests is hit, until the 429 relieves.
