For Cron Jobs, if one fails (including retries), admins should be alerted to manually fix the problem/run it #52

Perhaps admins can become aware of a skipped Cron Job via:

  • A specific table updates everyday a Cron Job happens, so they check to ensure one happens everyday.
  • An FCM message is sent to them alerting them of the issue.
  • Something else?
