since the osx-arm builds failed unexpectedly, I cancelled the linux builds except one CUDA build (to test if the new timeout is sufficient).

@xhochy, things pass with the higher timeout, though I don't know what caused the massive increase in build time (now ~8:30 for a CUDA build, so at least 2.5h more than before).
