Added:

  • Added a hint for recipes in conda-forge to depend on matplotlib-base as opposed to
    matplotlib.

Changed:

  • use python 3.9 on github actions and use mambaforge
  • When building with boa, use mamba to install conda-build, etc. This assumes that
    we are using a Mambaforge based docker image / runtime environment.
  • For azure pipelines, the default windows image is changed to windows-2019
