Overview

This PR makes the following update to the Quotation (Sales Order) Feature:

• Add ‘product’ filter field to the ‘create contributions’ in bulk screen from quotations listing
• Addition of 'application date' to the manage quotations screen
• Add a filter on the manage quotations screen to filter by the ‘application date’.
• Default 'select all' products when applying discounts
