May be an issue with XQuartz. Make sure the most up to date version of XQuartz is installed.

Hi Kyleeast, Am i suppose to download the docker image and should point out using folder ( /c/:/home/ubuntu/data/) in below command ?

docker run -it -v /c/:/home/ubuntu/data/ -e DISPLAY=172.28.16.1:0.0 compbiocore/nmrdock:dev /bin/bash
