Focusing on equity in decision making processes is reflected in [Colorado State Executive Order D2020 175](https://www.colorado.gov/governor/sites/default/files/inline-files/D%202020%20175%20Equity%2C%20Diversity%2C%20and%20Inclusion%20for%20the%20State%20of%20Colorado.pdf). Government employees and community leaders must take action to create equitable outcomes for individuals of all identities and abilities.
