New release to update cutapplier

@jacopocerasoli submitted a nice feature for cutapplier: inclusion of a friend tree containing parameters to build additional selections that were not possible with the original tree. This release includes that feature. Additional thanks to @chrisburr for pointing us both in the right direction.

Initial release for CVMFS deployment
