Fix uncaught error: Can’t apply message of unknown type: 8 on rumors-…

It's because we upgraded hocuspocus/server to 2.7.1 in package-lock [by accident](#5).
And [newer version](ueberdosis/hocuspocus#635) adds a new MessageType which old client does not know
