Update Newsfeed UI

Problem

Now that we have the back-end for social layer notifications in place, we need a UI to present notifications to our users. We currently have some rough work in place for this, but we need it to match the final Figma designs before we're ready to present it to users.

Success Criteria

• Implement the design for the Newsfeed UI in the linked Figma (under "MVP Approach")
