This PR solves the issue reported in #165 and makes it possible to use QuickQanava after a typical
make install
.To achieve this, not much work was needed. The main change is to remove the local section of include paths, so the
./
or../
prefix. Most other things then started working right away. Two headers where missing from the install, and one set of headers was installed into a different directory than the source tree uses. However these where minor fixes.
