Ports various QoL PRs from PvP

Brings across the following PR's from PvP

• Show all channels a headset has on examining it. #7943
• Allow dropship autopilot changes during refuel #8063
• Adds check status and stethoscope usage to examining #7463 and it's hotfix
• Makes toy mechs small so they can fit into storage #7420

Explain why it's good for the game

Quality of life features good. Why wouldn't we want these?

qol: If you examine a radio that is on your person it's menu listing all frequencies will now pop up.
qol: Dropship autopilot settings can be modified during refuel/recharge
qol: You can now use the 'check status' verb and any stethoscope you might have attached to your uniform directly by examining an adjacent human.
qol: Toy mechs will now fit into small-item-limted storage.

#7463 isn't, stinky. It'll go nicely with the sovl healthscanner for quick checks vs the in-depth one that scanner demands
