Building aarch64 wheels is about 10 minutes per variant. I'm going to parallelize it. |

@nsmith- This one is ready to go, but you'll need to change some repo config since there's no more python 3.7 and 3.11 tests (skooched those up to 3.8 / 3.12 / 3.13 instead, as 3.7 no longer available). |
