Expanded the Highwind filter to include shouts/yells including HW. I'm hoping with the leading space that this will avoid any false positives while catching most "HW" shouts.

Added the following hush filters:

• Hush others' defeated enemies
• Hush all /shouts
• Hush "command error" messages (experimental, see readme)

• All of the /hush and /unhush commands have now been replaced with a GUI.
• Filtering other characters' fishing results is now an option.
