* Shamelessly copy github actions files from ripgrep

* Utils for ci

* Solve the cross-platform openssl problem by using rust-tls

* Ran cargo fmt

* Disable fail-fast

* Comment out the checking for build artifacts

* Disable mips, ring doesn't work on it

* More disabling of mips
