Changes (so far)

• The following read-only analyst fields are now editable:
  • portfolio organization name
  • Requested suborganization
  • Suborganization city
  • State, territory, or military post- Added filter by portfolios
• Added filter by portfolio
• Corrected filter titles to be sentence case
• Added a green checkmark in "requested domain" column to indicate presence of portfolio
• Organization name becomes a hyperlink that links to the corresponding portfolio if a portfolio is present
• Updated search to allow searching by organization name
