🗣 Description

This allows for easy installation of windows for client testing on a private network via minimega

💭 Motivation and context

We need a way to test our clients on Azure while not getting strikes for malicious behavior between machines.

🧪 Testing

Run the commands in testing/v2/installers/README.md
