Updated Port for Doom 3 - based on dhewm3 rather than d3wasm

Instructions:

Place your pk4 files in doom3/base/
They should read as follows:

doom3/base/
- pak000.pk4
- pak001.pk4
- pak002.pk4
- pak003.pk4
- pak004.pk4
- pak005.pk4
- pak006.pk4
- pak007.pk4
- pak008.pk4

PS I gave my blessing to post this. I was able compile this build to work with native gles and never got around to updating the port. I gave porsch the bin and said feel free to update portmaster with it.

Might be worth building off a more recent commit but seems to work well overall. Much more playable then before on higher end devices.

@Cebion just curious what device you tested on? I only have an Odroid Go Ultra available for testing unfortunately.

@brooksytech I will attempt to get a Ubuntu docker container going and re-build at the latest commit. Any info you are able to provide about your original build env / CMake options etc would be very helpful :-)
