Pseudo brain

Some of the "brain" modules aren't used for automated searching, but are instead for some utility purpose like replaying an input string from file.

• rerun replays from the given file, and optionally dumps video frames to PNG. It can also be used to expand the width of input states by outputting a string with a modified granularity.
• sapiens takes keyboard or gamepad input and allows a human to play and record her own input.
