This patch adds the same logic used to check for hashtag stuffing to mentions, making a certain kind of thread easier to read.
Since even with the stuffing it felt kinda hard to visually parse, I've taken a note from upstream Mastodon and made the stuffed text smaller and gave it less opacity (50% instead of 75%).
The opacity change is also applied in hero posts, although the text isn't made smaller.
