Миграция на лучший бот по обновлению зависимостей, для этого необходимо добавить https://github.com/apps/renovate в репозиторий.
Бот будет раз в неделю заходить и обновлять только минорные зависимости, при этом если тесты упали (а в тестах есть вообще все, даже билд), то бот отменит PR сам.
