CORAL

CORAL (Contextual Ontology-based Repository Analysis Library) is a framework for rigorous self-validated data modeling and integrative, reproducible data analysis.

This software was developed at the Berkeley Lab by Pavel S. Novichkov, John-Marc Chandonia, Charles Trenholm, and Adam P. Arkin.
