Cray Inc. and the Chapel open-source community are pleased to announce
the release of version 1.13.1 of the Chapel Compiler. This is a minor
release containing bug fixes to the 1.13.0 release. Please see the
CHANGES.md file for a complete list of changes. Full
instructions for downloading and installing Chapel are on the Chapel
website. Download the source release, chapel-1.13.1.tar.gz,
to get started.
