Merge pull request #3649 from ben-albrecht/removeRedundantPDFs

Remove redundant PDFs from doc/sphinx Remove redundant PDFs from doc/sphinx so that documentation points to correct version of spec. These PDFs should have never been checked in, and were already included in the `/.gitignore`. The download links are also updated to point to the correct PDFs (they were previously pointing to the incorrectly checked in versions). [Approved by @bradcray]
