Create two variations of a new
Storageinterface:LocalStorageandSecureStorage. This is necessary in Auth to properly store information, since platform keychains have different persistence characteristics (e.g. iOS/macOS persist after uninstall), and some platforms cannot support secure storage (e.g. Web).
