feat: Add support for metrics (#75)

Support for raporting the following metrics in the AWS/AppFlow namespace:

- FlowExecutionsStarted
- FlowExecutionsFailed
- FlowExecutionsSucceeded 
- FlowExecutionTime 
- FlowExecutionRecordsProcessed
