Currently the profile viewer shows all competencies and subcompetencies in which a user has assertions. There is no way to differentiate a 'held' competency from an 'unheld' competency.

Determining the status really needs to all tie in to a particular assertion processor as it is out of scope for the UI. However, the UI should visually depict these two with different colors, icons, etc.
