  • [important] Switched release.yml installation to require spec.serviceAccountName for all App CRs
    • This enforces per App CR privilege separation
    • Use release-dangerous-allow-shared-sa.yml to reuse controller's service account by default
  • Eliminate needless condition switch from ReconcileSucceeded -> Reconciling -> ReconcileSucceeded when no change to application was detected
